We are located in the heart of Sandy Pond and just minutes from beaches, marinas, pubs, restaurants, parks, and 10 minutes to town. Yet we enjoy privacy and seclusion because of the quiet, peaceful location of our park - tucked in 400ft back thru our wooded entrance off of Co. Rt 15.

All the homes in our park are nicely kept, and truly wonderful people live here. When an existing home comes up for sale we will post info on this website. Please note, they usually sell quick!
Lots are nice and level, and are spaced apart and each has plenty of parking
The lots are typically 50 x 100 and so they are not too much to mow, yet still offer enough privacy.
